Refund Policy
You cannot refund/cancel/exchange your order (Or part of an order) once your credit card has been authorised and approved. Goods once accepted are considered sold and cannot be refunded unless otherwise the goods are unable to supply due to unavailability of stocks or any other reasons. In the event of such cases, we will provide a full refund in the form of a credit card chargeback to the customer on the particular item itself.
 
Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns/exchange of the goods, once the goods has been sold except for the following reasons:

  • defective goods
  • wrong goods are delivered

In the event of such cases, customer must inform us within 3 days of the discrepancy and we will provide customer a one-to-one exchange for the product which the customer originally ordered. Should our company is unable to provide such replacement, we will provide a refund in the form of a credit card chargeback to the customers on that particular item itself.

All products to be exchanged with us have to be returned to us in their original packaging & must be in saleable condition.
